DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL GROWTH QUALITIES FOR FUTURE EDUCATORS BASED ON INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCES

This article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations for developing the professional growth qualities of future preschool educators based on international experience. The study analyzes innovative pedagogical approaches, competency-based education models, and mechanisms for continuous professional development implemented in preschool education systems of developed foreign countries. The article substantiates effective methods for developing professional competence, pedagogical mastery, communicative culture, creative thinking, and reflective approaches among future educators through international best practices. It also highlights the opportunities for ensuring professional growth through modern pedagogical technologies, practical training sessions, simulation-based learning, and digital educational platforms. The research findings indicate that integrating international experience into the national education system plays an important role in improving the quality of professional training for future educators, enhancing their adaptability to innovative activities, and developing competencies aligned with modern educational requirements.
