THE PARTICIPATION OF “UZSELKHOZTEKHNIKA” IN THE SYSTEM OF TRAINING PERSONNEL FOR AGRICULTURE

This article analyzes the role and participation of “Uzselkhoztekhnika” in the system of training personnel for the agricultural sector during the Soviet period in Uzbekistan. The study examines the processes of preparing mechanized workers, tractor drivers, engineers, and technical specialists necessary for the development of agriculture under the conditions of collectivization and large-scale mechanization. Special attention is paid to the activities of “Uzselkhoztekhnika” in organizing training courses, improving the qualifications of agricultural workers, and providing practical education through technical bases and production facilities.
