Abstract

This paper explores the transition from a traditional linear approach to a synergetic and self-organizing perspective in managing the quality of higher education. By interpreting an educational institution as a complex, open, and dynamic system, the mechanisms for activating internal capacities and effective integration with the external environment are analyzed. The article justifies the role of the "order from chaos" principle and the importance of inter-subject collaboration in enhancing educational quality.
