This article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of human capital development through the education system. The role of human capital in economic growth and social development is analyzed, while the significance of modern educational technologies is revealed. Based on the research findings, scientific conclusions are developed regarding the improvement of the education system, acceleration of digital transformation, and enhancement of personnel potential.
